Take a Test Drive—Product Application
Try out actual workstations and setups that demonstrate what products you will need to support your individual and collaborative work processes. You will also be able to test drive seating in the Seating Display zone.

Explore Your Options—Options Studio
If you would like to explore new options or choices beyond the showroom, you can view additional textures, colors, or furniture in our Options Studio. You can also see the development of Steelcase and Designtex finish palettes and projects-in-progress.

Integrating Technology—Learn Lab
Based on extensive research on how people work, learn, and collaborate, we can open your eyes to new ideas about integrating technology in your workspace for optimal performance. We will also help you determine the power management options needed to support your workstations.

Final Prep—Green Rooms
These intimate meeting areas are used to explore your specific needs and address issues you may not have considered before we show you furniture solutions in a simulated office setting.

The Unveiling—Mock-Up Theatre
Once you have chosen features or setups, see exactly how your workstations will look in our Mock-Up Theatre. You can also sit with your designer to make any final adjustments or changes to the setup.

Thunder Room
Using some of the most advanced technology and visual communications products available, we can host meetings and informative sessions with interactive multimedia capabilities. Everything from interactive whiteboards to a real-time global collaboration solution that connects people and ideas globally by enabling individuals and teams to share data in any format, brainstorm and ideate together regardless of location, facilities, or time zone.
