RECEIVING
- We inspect all shipments for completeness upon receipt and inaccuracies are rectified.
- A combined 189,000 square feet of racked warehouse space, secure and inventoried for quick reporting.
- On-site at your facility, in our warehouse or both, we keep track of your inventory using our accurate bar-coded scanning system. Inventory can be tracked on-line.
- We operate our own fleet of delivery trucks and installation and service vehicles and maintain a staff of professional drivers and delivery personnel.
- Insurance for public liability, workers’ compensation, property damage, transportation vehicles, and occupational disease
- Insurance for merchandise in its care, custody, and control
- A Steelcase-trained installation crew supervisor who has completed Steelcase service and installation training within the last three years and updated training at specified intervals
- Adequate warehouse storage space to accommodate customer storage needs
